OUR TEAM

NATASHA CHENG

Writer, Producer, and Founder

Natasha has always loved performing and films but as an Australian born Chinese/Malaysian she has always been a little different. As a shy child, Natasha's visits to Hong Kong transformed her artistry in performance. The shy child didn’t exist when she was with her extended family, directing her younger cousins in productions for their grandparents, but she couldn’t find an extended family in Australia. She avoided acting as much as she could, escaping through fashion design until she had the opportunity to take part as an extra in an independent film. This experience drew her out of the shy child and helped her rediscover her passion for stage and film. Now as a blooming creative Natasha hopes to tell stories that will reignite the passion in other artists and bring diversity to the stories being told. Fun fact about Natasha is that she was named after the Chief of Security in Star Trek: Next Generation, Lieutenant Natasha Yar.

ROELENE COLEMAN

Writer, Producer and Founder

Roelene started off in the industry as an actress, but through her years of experience has become a passionate story teller. Born in South Africa as a true Afrikaanse Meisie (afrikaans girl) and moving to Australia in her early teens, Roelene had to adapt to a very different culture. She continued to travel the world and learn about different people and cultures. Her passion for spreading genuineness and acceptance has leaked into her work as an artist. She is dedicated to telling stories that have been unheard or misunderstood, especially the ones that challenge main stream thinking. She hopes to bring diversity to the industry in Australia and showcase performance in ways the local industry hasn't experienced before.
